THESE ANIMALS ARE VERY OFTEN OVERBRED, BIRTHING INHUMANE NUMBER OF LITTERS AND THEN DUMPED AFTER THEY. THEY ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO PROVIDE QUALITY LITTERS. AFTER CONTINUED LOBBYING EFFORTS AND YEARS OF PRESENTING THE. THIS BILL IN AUSTIN, THE STATE OF TEXAS HAS PASSED HB 2731, THE ROADSIDE SALES BAN FOR CERTAIN COUNTIES, AND HIDALGO COUNTY IS ONE OF THEM. REMEMBER, THE EDINBURGH COUNCIL INCREASED WATER RATES BY 67% AND SOLD $9 MILLION IN BONDS, ALL WITHIN A PERIOD WHEN THE COUNTY WAS HAVING A 20.5% RATE INFLATION. MY POINT IS THAT THE GOVERNOR HAS PLACED THREE BILLS ON THE NOVEMBER BALLOT, ALL INTENDING TO REDUCE YOUR TAX BILL. YOU NEED TO VOTE FOR THESE BILLS. IT'S TEXAS HOUSE BILL NINE IS TO INCREASE BUSINESS PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FROM $2,500 TO 125,000. SENATE BILL FOUR WILL RAISE THE OVERALL OVERALL HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION FROM 100,000 TO 140,000. SENATE BILL 23 WILL RISE THE EXEMPTION TO 200,000 FOR HOMEOWNERS WHO ARE DISABLED, OR 65 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. THE.
